I booked my first "last minute" cruise last week and the price dropped another 160/pp today. :( we are 13 days out and still plenty of rooms available.

I called to see if we could upgrade to an OV since it is now cheaper than the interior that we paid for last week but was told no. So whenever you do book... Don't look at prices anymore!

So we are able to get off of the "boat" and buy little trinkets without having to take the shuttle down the pier?

I usually research my vacations for ages but we booked a last minute cruise and I know nothing about progreso... We have nachi booked for Cozumel and was thinking that a slow day of shopping would be nice for Progreso. Are there shops at the pier like there is in Cozumel, Belize, etc? Or will we need to take transportation to a different area?

I agree that comps are based on past play and that it would be highly unlikely that the property would come looking for money for the room... but I don't doubt that someone in the casino would contact and "check in" on those not playing their normal rate.

Just curious- dont know how true this is... ive heard of hosts contacting people in Vegas who are not gambling enough to cover their comp rooms, etc or that people have even been presented with a bill upon check out for not gambling enough. I wonder if this happens on comped cruises? Having to pay for a vegas hotel room could be pricey but having to cover a cruise?! :eek:

Another vote for chocolate croissants! and the salmon in the mdr... Don't know if it was really that good or my full day of drinking in Cozumel influenced my opinon but I still think about that dish.

We had priority after handicap out of New Orleans. I had no idea about this perk and almost missed it! Excited that it's the same for NY, we are hoping for vibe passes too.

No no. It's a pastry. Like a

Flaky croissant with cannoli cream on the inside. It looks like a lobster tail but there is no actual lobster.

Love love love maya Chan in Costa maya. Wonderful service and one of the best meals I've ever had!

We did nachi cocum in cozumel. Beautiful beach and water. And unlimited Bahama mamas delivered to my chair? Would go back in a heart beat.

I am currently booked in an OV on deck 5 on the breakaway and I'm a little nervous about being that low. Is deck 5 an ok location?
