I was in an ocean view room on Deck 3 and while there was some noise late night it did not bother me or my wife and kids. Of course that is just my experience and maybe that could bother others. I liked where we were because of the fact we were close to a lot of the action from our room. MDR was close by, could easily in the mornings take a quick walk to get Starbucks from La Patessiere or a late night bite at Sorrentos. I do not gamble but if you do the casino is right there. For me I liked it because I would grab a few cans of water from there quickly before bed to take back to the room.

    Thank you for the answer.

Our cabin is on the bow, under the Royal Theater.  I wish no noise there late night. Cross the fingers.

I just did Anthem of the Seas 8 day cruise from 10/29 - 11/6 out of Bayonne which had stops in Port Canaveral, Coco Cay, Nassau and Miami. Feel free to ask me whatever questions you have about the ship. Some notes.

    1) I had ocean view room so if you want to know about balcony level or above I am not the person to answer.

    2) I did not purchase VOOM internet plan so no answers for that.

    3) I did not purchase Unlimited Dining Plan and I did not eat in any specialty restaurants so no answers for you on those.

    4) I did purchase the Deluxe Beverage Package so I can answer plenty on that!!!!

I will simply say other than the long hiccup that occurred with the immigration process in Miami this was a great cruise.

Thank you very much for all the information.

We have booked an ocean view room too on deck 3 and I would like to know about noises, if there are view obstructions, if you feel ship movements, etc.

Thanks in advance por the answers.

@Gonferpar, here is the cruise compass for Athens and Kotor. And don't apologize for your English -- it's excellent, and certainly far better than my Spanish! ☺️

As for the Windjammer, there may have been slight differences in the opening times on some days, but it was pretty consistent most of the time. The posted schedule makes it seem that they will close for half an hour between breakfast and lunch, but we did not have this experience. We went at least twice for a late breakfast/early lunch. They did not close down completely but just started gradually transitioning from breakfast foods to lunch around 11am.

I hope you have an amazing time on your cruise!

Thank you very much, LuckyBecky. This information help us a lot. 😃

As I see in both days Windjammer opens at 11:00 for lunch. Then, our idea will be have lunch first and, in the meanwhile, let other travelers disembark and avoid queues in tenders in Kotor and passengers in Athens. This way I think we can disembark calmly and make the visit directly.

Good to know the transition in the Windjammer.  👏😀 You never know....

We expect the weather will be fine, too. I think September is a good month for Adriatic and Greek zone and not as hot as July or August, for example.

    Thank you again.

Gonferpar, is it det sailing on the 11 th of september you Will Be cruising. We are doing that Cruise.

That is right. It will be September 11th when we expect to board. 😊. Now we are trying to get as much information as we could.... And the review of luckybecky is wonderful to catch ideas.

We share information if you wish because of sailing at the same date. 😃

  5. First of all, apologies for my english because is not my mother language.

Thank you very much for the review. We will do in September the second week (including Kotor and Argostoli) with the same hours on each port.

It is posible to get some complete cruise compass as Kotor o Athens? Because our idea is have lunch on board and after this disembarking and avoid queues and we want to know when starts Windjammer serving lunch. Apart from this, to get more information of the whole day.

Thank you very much in advance.

  6. Hi, everybody and I apologize first if my english is not very good.

I am interested too in this subject that "neverenoughtime" says:

"Has anyone done this recently? I've read that the Tabacchi has closed and it's not possible to purchase tickets from the driver. Does anyone know how to get a ticket for the public bus from Civi to Tarquinia?? I reached out to the Tourism site in Tarquinia, but they didn't answer! Thanks!"

I´m going to Civitavecchia in fifteen days and I don´t know how to get bus ticket to Tarquinia. I´ve sent an email to COTRAL, the bus entreprise, but they didn´t answer.

Any idea? Thank you very much in advance for your answers.
