Hey guys! I have been trying to find information about Diamond lounge in Indy. There seems to be different information available. Can someone who knows confirm, did they do any changes to Diamond lounge on last refurbishment? Is it still the same or did they moved it? Thanks!

so how was the room condition and did Princess take care of the shoes/etc that got flooded?

Room is tolerable now. Floor is still wet so we have to were fliplops. But luckily smell is gone. That does not change a fact that we are still living in a room full of sewage.

They just moved our shoes in the middle of the cabin. Most of them are ok, only one pair I will have to throw away.

Cabin is D206. We did not get a new cabin or any compensation, at least not yet. I am honestly so tired of speaking with the people in guest service that I might just give up and try to enjoy rest of the cruise.

Thanks for your comments guys! Still no new cabin for us. Our cabin attendant said that they sanitised the floor but that must have happen fast because we were gone like less than an hour. Well now I am writing a letter, hope that helps. I am also really tempted to go camping in front of the guest service desk!!

Hey all, has anything like this happened to you guys:

Dirty water from the toilet floaded to all of our cabin carpet while we were having breakfast this morning. All of our shoes are dirty, there are machines drying carpets right now and they are so loud that we cant stay in our cabin right now, not sure what I am going to do when it is time to get ready for dinner! Also weird smell in the cabin. We asked if they could give a new cabin for us. That did not happen. No one cabin available! Could that even be true? Any suggestion what we should do? Thanks!

We just got of from Koningsdam. They have changed it to ala carte pricing. Prices are very reasonable. If any of you have been in Food Republic on Norwegian Escape, it reminded me of that. Menu includes tacos, lobster mac & cheese, asian style food, mini burgers, portobello mushrooms etc. It was really good!! I would do it again in a heartbeat!

Thanks, yes I know the tours aren't necessarily same on every cruise, but usually they are. Anyone know what kind of tours they have offered recently? Anything else than the Silicon Valley tour?

I have a question of deparkation tours in San Francisco. I am trying to decide which flight to book back home, so it would be useful to know what kind of tours Princess offers on last day. On Princess website there is only one actual disembarkation tour to Silicon Valley and I am not interested of that. I would highly appreciate if someone could help me, thanks! :)

Thanks for the information. But why Noordam 27 days on January 5th doesn't have explore 4 if it is offered cruises under 30 days?

I believe that Grand Voyages and World Cruises (including segments) are excluded from Explore4. Are there any other itineraries that don't qualify that anyone else is aware of?

For example Noordam 27 days on January 5th 2018 does not include explore 4; but if you book b2b January 5th 15 days + January 20th 12 days, those both cruises include explore4.

Hey, I am newbie on HAL and I noticed something interesting today when trying to plan my next cruise. You can't get explore 4 with longer cruises but you can get it if you book same itinerary in b2b. Is this correct, do you guys have experience of this one?

Consider room I029 on Maasdam navigation deck. I had that for my first cruise ever in 2015. A nice area and handy to the Crow's Nest.

I am considering booking Maasdam Tahiti cruise on 2018 and I would love to hear some comments. I am doing my first HAL cruise next summer on Nieuw Amsterdam but I have cruised with Oceania, Celebrity, Norwegian and RCI before. So I am mainly worried about the condition of old ship, food quality and will I be bored on sea days. I will highly appreciate any of your comments. Thanks!!

Tipping definitely isn't necessary in Scandinavia. We are not use to tip here at all. If you still want to give a tip, use Euros. It costs more in here to change from dollars to Euros than the actual tip.

Any idea if they are going to cancel Legend from Hong Kong to Singapore as well??

Same problem here, both of my reservations are gone. I just emailed to X, but I guess it is a technical issue....
