We were on a cruise in January and had a death in the family (Saturday sea day and we were docking Sunday). My daughter called Carnival thru the 800 number and they patched her thru the ship and left a message for us. Carnival was fantastic - let me call home whenever I needed to. Very understanding and didnt cost us anything no ship to shore.

Has anyone ever done the Blue Water Sea Trek Helmet excursion in Cozumel?

We will be on the Legend January 26th. Received a call from cheapcruises where we booked the cruise. They stated that there will be construction on our desk and Carnival wanted to move us. Well we called them back the following day after receiving the message - the person that answered said nothing was noted in our file. So we then called Carnival and they said no constructoin going on. Wonder if it was a gimmick to try to get us to upgrade?
