Hello. Celebrity is telling us that we need to have a tour booked in order to leave the Port.  Is this the case are are they just trying to get us to book thier tours.

You make excellent points . You would think the negative responders to your your post own major shares in celebrity. I plan on not using celebrity after my upcoming cruise which I booked a year ago . I am now put off by all the changes made especially to the micheals club. Any negative responders to this post don,t bother because I don't give a fart what you think

is that why I couldn't get a seat at the bar because some kid drinking pop needs a seat! if you need to bring your kid to the bar because you need a drink then you have a problem. take your kids to a venue for families.

We used daily tours of Istanbul the tour guide was excellent will use them again when we return.

come on a hot dog from a vendor is way better than the ships food

There is no such X-ray machine that will show different types of liquid in different colours come on people her smart!

Did you see the kid licking the icing from the tongs at the pastries section of the buffet. I no longer eat at the buffet or use tongs at stores etc.

since when does one need a visa to board a cruise. The cruise company took the peoples money and denied them boarding for no visa sounds fishy

On Equinox in November Clifford Bay Sav Blanc was not available on the basic liquor package, so I had to upgrade to the Premium, previous cruise this was not the case

This wines not that great anyways probably a $4.00 glass at most

I'm thinking now that is probably good advice. I still haven't got a return call back from the supervisor. Saturday when I called they said wait till Monday, tonight they said the supervisor is in a meeting and he would call me back. It's now 10 pm , and nothing. Every time I call the wait is 30 min or longer. We are so frustrated with this whole thing, I'm done calling them.....will move on, take the new room and enjoy our cruise.....

why waste time in a room you don't want cancel the cruise get your money refunded and move on to another cruise line

Always carry your passport. We were told passports not needed in Rome. Got arrested on the train from the port to Rome by the carabineri for not having a passport, so don't believe the cruise ship personnel carry your own passport with your.

We have done both cruise lines and I feel that celebrity had the better drinks. Two weeks ago on the Indy we were refused bloody Mary's etc no martinies and limited beer bud ,Heineken and Amstel light had to use the overflow lounge as the tiny dedicated lounge was taken up by older folks who loved to save seats for their friends, the servers were excellent and looked the other way while I made my own drinks. Snacks were nothing to write home about.
