My Oasis sailing in May currently has the key available for $26 Canadian per day -- It includes internet access which cost $18 .. the first day lunch is also I think a decent benefit to avoid the crush on boarding. (Chops is $25 a person but just one off of course) 

Not a great deal but since I was planning to get Internet access and a specialty lunch on board anyway the choice is based on benefits gets to be looking less bad..

Just two of us in the room so for me the priority seating might be worthwhile enough to get it...

Do you know if the excursion cancellation affects all tours or just the public ferries? We have one booked in a couple of weeks to Tulum which I understand uses a private ferry ..

Quick question if you are using it - what features does the RoyalCarriabbean app offer on Allure? (on Anthem the app let you message between phones on the ship with just the wifi and view your personal schedule etc )

We did the class on vision last year but did book it in advance. I know several who signed up on board as well. Not being listed ahead may not be a good sign I expect

But if you make reservations for you my time dining slots it is usually very quick since you can skip the waiting line of folk who just show up

Just sailed a week on deck 6 and if there was an issue - we did not notice. I guess we did not stand at the rail and look down. Wouldn't there be the same issue from all the decks above also.

thanks wasn't expecting to have an issue when I'm on the balcony I'm looking out not down so having a life below doesn't seem to be a worry. Will report back in few weeks when we are back on how it felt being there!

We are sailing on allure in a few weeks in cabin 6612 hard to tell from the deck plans if this is above a lifeboat or over one of the gaps between them anyone know of this cabin or a way to tell the cabins from outside view?

Recently on Vision of Seas we didn't have any but a ask to the room steward and we had some right away and within 2 days they actually installed a dispenser as well

Flying for Toronto to US destinations are often delayed usually not a long time but enough to make it a close call on cruise day - we alternate between flying in early the day before to make a day of it and taking a late in the day when heading to nyc to avoid the need to take the extra vacation day from work. The day ahead avoids stress for sure but big win in my mind is starting vacation a day earlier which means hitting the ship already starting to feel in vacation mode
