You could also get private transportation to and from the Port.  Rome In Limo offers transportation only to/from port.  That way they can pick you up exactly when you want.  We have used them twice and were very happy with their service.

A group of 9 (including 3 first time cruisers) are sailing on Oasis - July 19, 2014 - Western Caribbean itinerary. I am trying to coordinate our show and dinner reservations for the group. According to RC website, the following sailings have the same entertainment schedule: 2/15, 3/1, 3/15, 3/29.

If you were on any of those sailings -- do you have copies of the cruise compass you can post?? I want to make sure our dinner and show reservations do not conflict with other activities that we really want to see/do.

We just went on Allure in November -- group of 12. We arranged all of our transportation through All Stars Transportation. Great service - and they send you email confirmations. We used them 3 times: Transportation to hotel, from hotel to port, port to post-cruise hotel.

They were reasonably priced and came with 1 van with a luggage trailer so all 12 of us could ride together. Highly recommend them.
