Here is the link to the Concierge spreadsheet that has the e-mail links to them.

I believe they do not contact cruisers in Junior Suites. Not sure what class of cabin you are in.
Thanks! We are going sky class.

Just got our e-mail and confirming that Federico Taylor and Lyli De Leon are the Suite Concierges on Oasis of the Seas.
I am not sure if Beatrice Chirmus is back in the Diamond Lounge or not. Will check when we are on board next week.
I didn't get my email yet and I had read that I should expect it a week before departure, so it is past due. Is there an email address at which I can contact them?

Is it possible to be in contact with your butler prior to departure?
Like a few days or so?
I'd like to have a banner strung across the ceiling of our cabin so when we open the door, its the first thing
my wife sees, along with a bouquet of flowers and perhaps a fruit tray.
I'd also like to know, can you put in special requests to the chef??? This may sound absurd but I have been on
a life long mission to replicate a dessert from when I was a child.
My mom would take us to a restaurant for dinner once a week. They had a dessert called creme de mint pie.
It was sublime. Even at 12 years of age I knew it was not your average fare. I have had many efforts made for me
by various restaurants but only one came close. It's a long shot, both in that they'd be willing to try and that it
would hit the mark but if I don't ask...
So, has anyone else ever asked and what was the response?
Are either of these feasible?
I believe you are describing "grasshopper pie"? It's delicious. Green in color, made with creme de menthe and creme de cocoa mixed with whipped cream, plus probably some other stuff, on an Oreo cookie crust. Sound right?

When I sailed Barcelona, Naples, Rome, Florence, etc. we just hired cabs at each port. It was fantastic. They were totally negotiable on price (I don't recall the specifics, but do recall it was a fraction of the shore excursion costs through the ship). They took us everywhere we wanted to go, and had suggestions for the most popular places. They didn't ask for payment until we returned to the ship, so we knew we wouldn't be abandoned mid-tour. We had total discretion over how long we wanted to stay at each location. It was perfect. I specifically used this method for driving the Amalfi coast in Naples and for a total tour of Rome including the Vatican, the Colosseum, etc.

I'm wondering about this to.... sailing 11/11.
Too! Not to! But I don't know how to edit the original post.
