Truro001 thank you so much for the very helpful comments and advice. I was wondering if you could let me know which travel centre you went to which kindly provided the 'Yellow - Fever  Exemption from Vaccination' form. Thank you.

I have had many experiences in that regard, and I'm afraid it's for the most part not been good. Like many travel companies, hotels, etc, I have found that the lack of attention to detail in food preparation (cross contamination issues etc) as well as issues with the correct food delivery to the table are often issues which arise. I'm sure the staff do their best but I'm not sure that it always works. I have even resorted to bringing some of my own food items as part of a back-up plan. 

Will also be on this trip. March 7 to 28, 2019 - so very much looking forward to it.
