We used Lady bird limousine service. Our driver was super nice and even talked about the areas we were driving through and information about Galveston and Houston on our way down. It was sort of like a mini tour.

We used the luggage storage at aloha. It was literally across the street when we got off triumph and costs $3 per bag. It was totally worth it for us as our flight was really late and this way we got to walk around and enjoy old San Juan. Barrachina is also a good option I've heard but it's a bit of a walk.

We got off Oasis of the seas dec 13 and walked to get on Carnival Freedom but they were conveniently docked right next to each other. There wasn't a lot of cross walks and it was hard getting out of the terminal area but no bad considering how close they were. It sounds like your ship is quite a bit further though so I think for the hassle and stress I would take a cab. It shouldn't be more than $10-$15 and they will drop you in the proper place to leave your bags.

105 ...and my first time on Oasis :)

I was to book yesterday morning for oasis leaving December 6 and there was no charge for two adults. Booked the morning of my birthday. :)

Thanks for posting this topic. Had the debate recently about wether or not to purchase the carnival insurance on our upcoming cruise in December and eventually opted not to. I think I'll look into some of the companies mentioned :)

Hmm I bought one gift card already but was going to buy a second one to pay off my cruise completely. I sent an email asking for conformation on the deal a few hours ago but haven't heard back. I'm kind of on the fence now.

I hope everyone who purchased today gets the deal honored.

If you scroll to the bottom of the list it shows the provinces under all the states. I was able to select my province.

It's picky about the format. You have to use capitals and add the space. I had the same issue but finally figured it out. :)

Example:

A1B 3C4

How long are people waiting to get a response? I put a request in last night for the two excursions I booked but haven't heard anything yet.

I found a listing for Cozumel that was pretty much identical to my excursion I had booked through Carnival but they had disclaimers that due to an agreement the venue had with carnival they weren't allowed to sell to Carnival cruisers. It was $20 less then the carnival booking. I wonder if they would still match the price considering this program is more about them having the lowest price. I read through the fine print and I couldn't find anything specifically about this situation.
