  1. still can not get boarding pass.  I called MSC and Stephanie confirmed I am paid in full,  all information is submitted.  I am vaccinated.  I checked the send to my email box.  We have to get PCR tests tomorrow and drive to Miami.  I do not want to drive to Miami to be denied boarding.   The boarding pass is suppose to have an assigned time to go to the terminal.  Without the pass will we be let in the terminal?  She said to get the pass printed at the port. If they are not issuing the pass will it be available to print at the port.  Then I said I am fed up,  just cancel the trip and give me a refund.  She said there is a cancellation fee.  Cancellation fee for what?  They are refusing to issue me a boarding pass for a trip which they acknowledge I paid for.  I have a RCCL trip next month.  They have issued their boarding passes.  Has anyone else been unable to get boarding passes online and still be able to get on the ship?

  2. Trying to get a boarding pass for MSC Meraviglia August 30, 2021.  Has anyone else had a problem getting a boarding pass this close to their cruise from MSC?  We are paid in full and vaccinated.  I do not know why they have not issued the boarding pass yet.  The pass is supposed to have an assigned time to arrive at the port.  Without the pass will we be let in the terminal?

    Sometimes it takes a day or 2 to get a response but it's worth a try.

     

     

    MSC has not responded to emails.  I called them again this morning.  Still do not have boarding passes issued.  They confirmed I submitted all info needed and the trip is paid in full. SO what is the darn problem?  I do not want to drive 20 hours to Miami, pay for a hotel room to be denied boarding at the port.  We are vaccinated.  When I called this morning and asked about cancelling I was told there would be a cancellation fee.  Cancellation fee for what?  They are not issuing my tickets.  This is why I am wondering if they has happened to anybody else.  Seems not.  So I do not know why we are not approved to board.  I will contact credit card company tomorrow to back out charges if they are still refusing to issue boarding passes.  Geeze........  

  4. I have emailed MSC several times.  I have called 4 times. I will call again tomorrow.  I have bothered my poor travel agent until I am sure she hates me.  This is ridiculous.  I paid,  I am vaccinated.  I just want my boarding pass and tags.  I fear going to the port and being told they never issued a ticket for the booking.  I have been cruising for 30 years.  I have never experienced worse customer service.  How does MSC stay in business?  

  5. supposed to sail on Meraviglia on 8/30/2021.  Still no travel docs issued.  The website says I have not completed all the info to check in.  I have.  I called twice and was assured they had all the info needed and the docs would be issued soon.  It is 7 days and still no docs issued.  I have a booking number and receipt.  The travel agent is as frustrated as I am.  Has anyone else had this problem?  Should I get a refund or try to go to the port.  I have to drive from Ohio.  Hate to drive all that way to be rejected at the port.  I am vaccinated.

I am supposed to leave on Meraviglia on August 30.  I have filled in all the information on the MSC site.  I am vaccinated and will bring a PCR test with me.  The cruise is all paid for.  When I try to get my travel docs their website says I have not filled in all the information that is required.  So I called twice. I was told I did fill in all the information and the docs would be emailed soon.  I used a travel agent.  She is not having any luck.  She suggested I just go to the port with the booking number and see if they let me board.  Is or has anybody else experienced this with MSC?
