I have 2 cruises coming up on RCI but only one shows up on the web site. When i try to add the missing reservation, i get this message in red.... Exception while Retrieving VoyageValue from Cache. Has anybody else experienced this? I sent an email to tech support 2 weeks ago but no solution yet. Any ideas?
Yes, same problem for our whole group (5 cabins). We reported the issue several months ago and have been told a variety of things but no resolution to date. Can't use pre-cruise planner, or countdown, or book anything on-line. The worst tho is can't print cruise documents or see schedules for excursions. Being a first time cruiser I really don't know what all we are missing :mad:
