Will the Miami stop be open by April 1st?

First week of April

Wow, so many options where do I start? My upcoming cruise I am flying into West Palm the day before the cruise. I plan on then taking the Tri rail to MIA right after my flight, that way I can get within minutes of the port the day before. Should I try and navigate the metro rail and metro mover to make it to the hotels near the port (Hampton Brickell area) or just lyft/uber. All of the options see great but slightly overwhelming not being from the area,

Is tri rail a good option?

Between decks 6,7,8 what are there any cons of getting deck 6 vs 8 except the floors needed to go up to get to the amenities.

I also used a rewards credit card to purchase them. I just bought the gift cards and used them as payment towards the cost of the cruise.

I bought $900 in gift cards to pay for the cruise. 3600 points....3 fill ups of $1.00 off and 1 fill up of .60 off. Will save $115+ dollars in gas :)
