well here we go again. plans changed and we are in 8P on Splendor out of NY to NE Sept. 20th, got a great Premier offer we couldn't resist. Never did a Spa before (we are older would probably not use it) but always a balcony, any info is much appreciated.

My husband and I did on our recent cruise on the Dream. What kind of info do you want? We loved the location and the spa access and we would definitely book a similar room again.:D

For now we have decided to keep our aft. balcony cabin, we only wanted the Spa cabin cause it sleeps 4 and daughter & granddaughter wanted to come along and would love the Spa... now they can't make it

We are older and probably would not utilize it much, but thanks a bunch for the info. Happy Cruising!

we took advantage of the offer on the Conquest, loved it, especially the Spa Tub, had to use shampoo to make bubbles:D

booked 10/04 Splendor out of NYC, how does one go about getting a possible OBC?

We are AAA members and used them twice to book cruises. They are pretty blah about it. We now book directly with our agent "Gary" at Carnival, he is terrific, does help a lot, he listens spends the time, guides us and answers all our questions. And he is not pushy either. He always answers his phone and gives his cell phone too.:)

Just heard about it but we didn't get it either, would have jumped at the chance interior or not. We are "Premier" club cruisers, get their offers but nothing like this.

thanks for the reassurance, will pass along to them. this is their 2nd cruise vacation and I guess they are a little leery, their 13 yr old daughter started to say she was nervous a few days ago, and now the weather report.:(

Our daughter & family are on this cruise and are so worried about the weather as it looks like they may run into a major storm out there. They called RCI and were told they are watching it. Right now I guess there is not much you can do about it. Has anyone ever had this happen to them? Does the cruise line change itinerary's to avoid a storm? Any info appreciated.

Took a chance (always pick our own) on letting Carnival pick our cabin on Sensation cruise 8/28, just got it, Empress deck 174. Not too bad.

we sail Oct. 4th on Splendor to Canada, just took an upgrade to Balcony 8-F cabin on Panorama deck, has anyone experienced this deck, how was it? any info is appreciated.

Sorry to hear about your hubby's job loss, last year we had to cancel a Paradise cruise for a medical reason, first called Carnival and then Berkley Ins. Co., followed their instructions and got a full ..refund... always buy trip insurance cause you never know what may happen as you mostly book trips far ahead.
