We met on the 1st President’s Cruise.  We will be on Symphony for this B-day Cruise 11/2 and 10/26.  Can you find out if Jackie will be still onboard in the Suite Lounge?

Currently on Allure and received the following information re Suite Concierges:

Junior Allen leaves 3/31/2019 and goes to Serenade 5/14/2019 ‘til October 

Dexter Fraser leaves 6/23/2019 and returns 8/19/2019

Currently on board Harmony and spoke Mohamed. He leaves this Saturday, October 13th, and Jeremias returns to the ship on Saturday, the 13th.

Does anyone know if Dexter Fraser will be on Allure the end of June 2018.

Sailed on Allure last week and was told that Dexter was returning yesterday so he should be there in June. I’ll be back on Allure May 20th and will post after I speak to him.

Above and information for Nancy Chu is for Allure.

Spoke with Nancy Chu in the Concierge Lounge and she is now leaving for vacation on Sunday, April 29th and returning July 1st. Dexter Fraser returns Sunday, April 29th.

Just spoke with Federico in Suite Lounge.

He leaves. 7/22/2018.

I am currently on Allure and checked with Concierges.

Dexter leaves on 2/25/2018 and returns on 4/19 2018.

Nancy Chu came back 1/14/18 and leaves 6/3/2018.

Allure - Nancy Chu is back from vacation and in the Suite Lounge with Dexter.

Harmony Suite Lounge - Jeremias comes back from vacation on January 20th.

Mohammed leaves January 20th.and returns March 20, 2018.

Raj leaves February 22nd through April 22nd for vacation, and then goes to Symphony.

Just found this thread and was wondering if you have threads on any of the other Spain ports. We will be sailing a Western Mediterranean itinerary on Freedom of the Seas in September 2017 from Barcelona and have never been to Europe. We also stop in Palma de Mallorca. Any help would be appreciated.

Dionne left for vacation on 6th February and won't be returning to the Adventure.

Ryno is now the permanent Suite Concierge on the Adventure and Cleon Fraser is Diamond Concierge

So I assume Ryno is now the concierge. Please let us know how crowded the two lounges are on your sailing.

We will see you because we are sailing on our first B2B with Feb 20th our second week! Was hoping to see Dionne again since we sailed with her last year.

The CL usually gets pretty crowded so we often start in the CL and then move to the DL.

Are you signed up for the M&M? Also, I think there was a suggestion to meet on Sail away day at 4pm at a pool bar. I'll be wearing beads that day.

Thank! You helped me convince Crown & Anchor that there are really 3 separate dining rooms on Allure and to place my dining request for the Grande, deck 4.

I am on the November 8th Allure sailing and just called C&A for my dining preference for the Grande, deck 4 since we are D+. I was told that Allure did not get the changes in the MDR to the the levels of Silk, deck 5, Grande, deck 4, and Americaon Icon, deck 3. She told me that only the Quantum classes have those. I saw on the Cruise Compass you posted that the dining rooms were listed with their new names. Help! Were they changed?

I will be on the November 8th sailing and have emailed Ana at the 01 email address. She said that she will be on the Nov 8 sailing.

It looks like Bobby should be on your cruise, although he might leave a bit early for the Serenade.

I am on the November 8th sailing of Allure out of FLL We are all wondering if Bobby Brown is staying on the ship as CD for our sail. If anyone hears anything about the length of his contract, would you post please?

So far we have found out that Captain Johnny is staying, Hugo will stay on as Activities Mgr, and Ana Jimenez is the suite Concierge.

Bring Allure home and have a great crossing!
