Has the ship been showing the Euros football?

Hi all, Going on the Iona for the Fjords next Saturday (29th) with our soon to be 2 year old child. For the drinks package, our boy drinks water and milk, nothing else. Is there any possibility of him not having to take the refresh drinks package at £90 and for ourselves to get the classic drinks package? Any other toddler related advice most welcome. First time cruising with P&O.
