You have to go back unfortunately. If you are on a cruise ship you can only book through them. That is not only according the contract with the cruise lines but also then your return will be in time before departure of the ship. If you are staying in a hotel you can book through Vallarta Adventures.
Thank you! I'm on a B2B, so I'll book them separately - appreciate the info.

Indeed both are at the same place. Las Caletas during the day for a beach vacation, Ritmo at the end of the day/everning for a show incl. buffet dinner.
I will be going on a Panorama cruise in February (onicron willing) - can I book both of these excursions? Is there a place to change/freshen up before dinner? Can I stay at Las Caletas or do I have to go back took the ship and back again? TIA for any info you have! I've been on many cruises (all in the Carribean), but never booked two excursions in one day.

Sounds like a fantastic cruise! When do the next round of elite cruises come out? I have several upcoming ones, but wondered when they will schedule more.

I sail this weekend and also on Thanksgiving weekend and did not receive the email. Can someone please post the link to testing reservations - or would be a great back up for us!

Does Carnival provide a wheelchair/escort that one can use to get from check-in at the terminal (specifically, Galveston) on to the ship? If they do, do they drop you at the entrance or escort you to the elevator? Once I get to the elevator I can do ok with a cane, but getting to the shop can be troublesome. Thanks!

I bring my own as well, and also take a few when I get off the boat.

I was on the Horizon for the July 24th cruise - I haven't received this notice.

I am booked on a Hawaii cruise 4/16, post Carnival "pause" in sailings. Hawaii's governor has announced that all visitors must enter a 14 day quarentine upon arrival through May, which, obviously, would not allow cruisers to debark at any ports. (source below)
I expect that my sailing will be canceled, regardless of whether or not Carnival extends its "pause," but have not heard anything from Carnival. Has anyone?

Hard to imagine that Carnival Corp would suspend Princess, but not Carnival at some point.
From a corporate/business standpoint, I'm not sure they could handle it without going bankrupt. Princess cruises are the ones who have been in the news lately as the "coronavirus cruises" with the quarantines. Time - and bookings - will tell.

My TA told me. I'm not sure where she heard it from but shes usually right
Bummer - we will (we're supposed to) stop there on April 6th, and it's one of my favorite places! Things change so rapidly, though, that maybe Carnival will come to some agreement with them before then.

The breeze is now skipping Grand Turk and replacing it with Nassau as well. Looks like GT is shut down for 30 days.
How do you know it's for 30 days?

I have 4 cruises with Carnival scheduled for April and May - all booked under a casino offer of some type. All are "free" (pay a $200 deposit and receive $200 OBC). No letter yet - I'm wondering if my cruises will qualify for this offer.

I haven't cruised in almost a year, but I don't remember the per-drink gratuity listed on the receipt when I sign. But, we always have Cheers. Is it a new thing to have the gratuity listed?

What type of play or how many points do you need to get an ultra offer? It seems to say that you just need to go on a premier cruise to get one, but that just doesn't sound right.

We're staying at a place without a shuttle to Port (near the pier). What's the best (and easiest) way to get to the Carnival port? Uber? Taxi?
Also, what time does Priority boarding begin?

Where did you hook up with that excursion? It sounds great!

Thanks for the update - I'm so glad it wasn't cancelled/substituted and was a great experience! We go on May 14 and I've been looking forward to this excursion so much!
-
I'm curious as to what's going on with this excursion too - we are booked on it in May. It had disappeared off the excursions list for my cruise, but last week I did see it was sold out. I'm wondering if people over the limit per day are sent somewhere else or if it's everyone? If anyone gets any more information, please post!

Thanks for the info!

I recently booked with a bounce back offer, but upgraded my room from an ocean view to a balcony. Is there price protection for what I paid for the upgrade? If so, how would I find it or track it?
Just curious - it was only $150 pp for the upgrade to a Lido balcony for a 7 day, which I don't think was too much.

I posted this on FB but thought I would ask here as well. I am on the Magic which returns to Port Canaveral on May 21. I want to book another cruise out of Miami that leaves on May 21 as well. I found a shuttle that goes between Port Canaveral and Miami (link below). Has anyone ever done this before or traveled between these two ports for a same day cruise? What transportation did you use? Thanks in advance for any info!

Can the OBC benefit be used on other discounted cruises, such as a casino offer?

Would you recommend Marriott, Carambola, or Shipwreck for a 10 year old who is an avid swimmer and snorkeler? I have reserved spots at Carambola, but I'm afraid it may be too dull for her, even if we walk down to Shipwreck. Thoughts?
When will Carnival extend Stock OBC benefits? Or have they already been extended?
