Thanks for taking the time to compile the list. While I've read most of these tips on another (LONG) thread, I appreciate having it all it one place and not having to read through 35 - 40 pages of posts. I try to pack light, and don't take one-quarter of the stuff listed. Thanks again for listing everything, I may have to make a few additions for next time (like binoculars as we're cruising the Panama).

I, too, loved those crab cakes. Did you also have "warm chocolate cake"? That was my other favorite on the Explorer.

I haven't tried the warm chocolate cake (I don't have a sweet tooth), but my cruise experience is not complete with a small piece of their flourless chococlate cake. If you haven't tried it, I highly recommend it.

I have several recipes for crab cakes, but what I'm looking for is RCCL's recipe. These cakes always taste so much better than the ones I eat at home.

Perhaps, it is the experience of their chefs or the wonderful sea air that makes a difference?

I too would like the recipe. Crab cakes are a favourite of mine and RCCL's are some of the best I've tasted.
