I think it does. But if you have tickets for an early shore excursion you go to the front of the line. I was on the first tender off the boat. We were with the staff and the supplies.

Sounds Great because we are going to be there with a large Family/Friends group with about 22 and sounds like that is where we will go. Then people can go from there where they want as far as looking around at buying some things and also drinks or swim. The walk sounds better because taxi would be hard if we got split up. As it is with this group it's like herding cats....:D Possible to take the Bus I guess. Do you know how easy that is and what number bus it is? Thanks again for the info...

Don't know about a bus. But it was a very easy walk. You can see it from the piers. Or as you come in. It's literally directly west of you. It would've a straight walk of about 5 or 6 blocks if the Hilton didn't block your path.

Thanks a lot for the info. It's greatly appreciated. Nassau was supposed to be our last stop last year but due to a medical emergency on board it became our first. We arrived late in the evening, and there were no shore excursions going on and pretty much everything on the pier was closed.

Nassau was, hands down, our favorite stop. My advice is to avoid the conch fritters. Try the local beers. And love that gorgeous water.

It's about a 5-10 minute walk. Just take a right towards the Hilton. You have to walk around it. But it's right on the other side. Stop at the Tiki Bikini Bar. They give you 3 beers and 3 shots for $10

I was literally just there on this past Thursday (3/27/14). I walked around for hours. Swam in the waters. Drank at the bars. Used the bathrooms. I found no broken glass. I'm not saying you didn't. Nor am I calling your story invalid. Just saying I had a much better experience. And my wife did too.

We just got back and had a great time. Not overly crowded. But busy. Water was beautiful and clean. I didn't see any broken bottles.

It's official...The Pride is returning to Baltimore March 2015!!! It will remain in Baltimore for year round sailings!! I am so happy!!

Rose is correct. While the ship is in Tampa it will get the "Fun Ship 2.0" upgrades. Then it will return to Baltimore in March of 2015. There was a story about it in the paper recently. There was a dispute about EPA guidelines. But during the renovations, the boat will get new "Scrubbers". That satisfies the guidelines.

It's been announced. The Pride is going to Tampa in October of 2014. And returning to Baltimore in March or April of 2015. While in Tampa they plan on doing the Fun Ship 2.0 makeover.

I live in Baltimore. Taxis here can get very pricey. If you can find a hotel that offers you parking and a shuttle, you might want to consider that first. If you are spending a day in Baltimore and want to get around the Inner Harbor/Downtown area use the Charm City Circulator. It's free. But it doesn't go to the port.

Sheraton or atlantis it's not!! You can have a GREAT time at this beach. Walking distance from ship--$9.99 for 3 local beers and 3 shots--gave the shots to some college kids and they were in heaven. Island music played over speakers--Can rent chairs from locals- Bathroom- on a 1-10 about a 7 with an attendant working hard on a public beach.

 

Go there--take a look--have the 3 beer special--if it is not what you like-take the Jitney to the Sheraton. At least you can say u were there.!!

 

This is a Blue collar fun beach. Just like the Rockaways Enjoy!!

What's the name of the place with the 3 Drink Special? Or how do I know which one it is?
