It really depends on which package you get, along with if you want to go on the first night. Since we are traveling with two other couples this time, we booked our reservations earlier, so we paid $108 for three dinners and can go to any restaurants. The more dinners, the cheaper the price. You can also negotiate a little if they are looking for customers...happy hunting!

Was that $108 per person or per couple ? And did you do this when you first got on the ship or before on the website ?

You paid, IMHO, way too much for Tuscan. Getting a package and trying several restaurant, especially Murano may have given you a better view and price...The LCG has a great menu too. Tuscan is my least favorite of all. Sorry that you had to have that experience!

So sorry for your loss. Attended your roll call and get to know others. In addition, there will be a singles meet and greet. Also you might want to switch to same time dinning and request to be seated with others. You will be amazed just how many solo cruisers are out there.

Crass, did u by chance notice any critters in the water on your tour and can u say how much the pictures on disc was .?

Yes there are critters in the water. They are all white, it is amazing. however there are not many and they are hard to see. I want to say the pictures where $80.

Is is a good 45 min ride in the ferry to Playa Del Carmen. Than a 30 min drive to the site. They also have to give you gear ect. The tour itself will take awhile and I would recommend going slow even if they try and make you speed up. There is so much to take in. I think they give you a snack, but I do not remember. However they do give a few shots tequila which is very good and much needed after all the adventuring. when you get back to Playa Del Carmen, they will give you an option to hang around there or go back to Cozumel. Both places have spots to eat. However do not miss the ferry back to Cozumel. Also buy the pictures. yes there are expensive but you might regret it if you don't. It is an amazing experience.

We did it 2yrs ago and it really is an amazing experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
