I only received an email copy and called HAL. They ran out of Summer 2018. Do check your preferences or make a call. I like the hard copy too and pass it on to friends.

Check the Luggage Direct website and/or call them. I did recently to determine if I could use the service from Montreal to Knoxville. They ONLY service the United States!!! I have used them successfully within the United States. Good luck!
