I see a lot of posts of people saying they got upgrades to suites or onboard credit, or many other things. My question is how do you get them??! With the travel agency or directly with Royal?? I'm about to book a cruise what do you recommend, travel agency or on the royal c. Website?

How do you do this? I wanted to download some episodes onto a tablet to be able to watch offline. I have an Amazon Prime Membership. Should I get a Netfilx or Hulu subscription?

For movies use this one: 123movies.me

USE THE APP WEB BROWSER IF NOT IT WILL ONLY PLAY AND NOT DOWNLOAD

Choose your tv show or movie and open it till it gives you the option to download

Quick question, I'm taking my mom on the Allure of the Seas and she can't stop smoking. She doesn't care about non-smoking policies, I've convinced her to only smoke on the balcony but we got a boardwalk balcony. What happens if she smokes there?

Hi guys, I was wondering where I can play the piano on the Allure of the Seas. I'm an experienced piano player. Maybe as good as the pianists onboard so me playing wouldn't disturb anyone. I've seen in videos of the ship and there are a lot of pianos around the ship. If I see an unused piano from a bar can I just start playing it or it's against the rules? Are there any "guest" pianos?

We are now both over 55. We can fly to Miami from where we live. Question is there are so many cruises that leave from there. I considered the Carnival Victory going to Key West for a few hours one day and then most of a day in Cozumel, MX. Is there any cruise you'd suggest? I think the Carnival cruise would have a lot of kids on it.

You should do the "Around the World” 168 day cruise from Cunard. My dream cruise!!!

I would spend a week after the cruise.

 

 

 

It is so nice not to have to rush home immediately after.

 

 

 

Where in Miami are you looking?

 

 

 

I would look on Key Biscayne. Very family friendly either the Ritz Carlton or the Silver Sands.

I like the Ritz in Lincoln Rd. I think I will book half and half. 2 days before the cruise and 4 days after the cruise.

We always like to spend our time exploring the port city before the cruise. You are already there, with fun things to see and do in the port city, and the anticipation of your cruise (and a short taxi ride) coming up.

 

 

 

After the cruise, we usually fly home, and rest there in comfort.

 

 

 

We did spend a couple of days in Honolulu after a Transpacific. It was nice not to be in a rush.....except we napped all afternoon at the hotel, and then ventured out to find food that we actually had to pay for! Went to bed early. Score 0. First day off the ship was non-productive. We had a second full day that we enjoyed, and then the next morning we had the long plane flight back to CA....which was made even longer by a mechanical delay.

 

 

 

So in my opinion, the early rising and disembarkation from the ship are tiring...and we would rather just doze on the plane going home, knowing that we have had a lengthy and fun-filled vacation. :)

Thanks a lot for your answer! This is our first cruise as a family so I really want the kids to have a great experience so they want to come back again. I will book before the cruise to get them excited and explore MIA.

The biggest secret they don't tell you is that once you go on your first cruise you will forever hooked! It will be the worse sickness you will have ever experienced in your life and the only cure is to cruise over and over!

Hi, we are going in the allure the 3rd of August but we don't know if we should book a week in Miami before the cruise or after the cruise. Some people have told me that after the cruise is better because you can rest.

Hi, this will be our first time on the Allure and we are so excited. Our room is on Deck 6 (Same deck as the spa and fitness center) I just wanted to know if there are some extra showers free to use in the spa or gym, cause we are four people and it will take a long time to shower all in the same bathroom. Thanks a lot!
