  1. I am leaving Sunday for the western Caribbean cruise on the epic. NCL have me a $100 obc, and I do not have a credit card, nor do I want one. I have prepaid all my gratuities, me and the girlfriend won't be drinking. NCL.com states I need $300 pp for a 7 day cruise. I do not have the funds for that, therefore I've only got $300 plus the onboard credit. If I give them $300 cash at check in, will that be sufficient or will they not allow us to board if we don't have $600 for the week? Please help!!!

  2. My girlfriend and I will be going on our first cruise march 23 on the epic. I work and live on my own and she is in school. Therefore I'm on a very tight budget. My question is for experienced cruisers, I know ncl.com states 350 pp for a 7 day cruise. And there is no way possible I can bring $700 for our onboard account. What is the least amount possible I can bring? We won't be drinking or doing any extras. Just enjoying the ship and the ports.

    Thanks

  3. This will be my girlfriend and I's first cruise, and really our first true vacation together.

-I've read all the "what to bring/pack" guidelines on the NCL website, but does anyone have any tips on any extras to bring, what type of clothes to bring for Western Caribbean cruise in late March, and what dollar amount we need to have for our OBA? (neither have a credit card)

-What are the best shore excursions for Cozumel, Costa Maya, and Ocho Rios? And also is there a port where we can just enjoy the beach for a nominal charge?

-We are driving 15 hours to Miami, and stopping the night before Embarkation in Orlando, then driving the 3 1/2 hours to Miami that morning. What time is the earliest you can arrive at POM, and board the ship?

-What type of beverages can be brought on-board? (i.e. beer, cokes, bottled water)

And any advice or tips in general that may allow us to further enjoy our first cruise....?

    Thanks to all.
