The email I got said we will get 15% of cruise fare in refundable OBC for 1 day shorter itinerary

My family just sent in a bunch of new passport applications. New applications for adults and kids took about 2 weeks. I did expedited for my kids and got them back in one week. My passport was an adult renewal and I don't have it back yet, it has been 3 weeks.

The dream is scheduled for

New Orleans, Louisiana (31 Jan d1600); Roatan, Honduras (03 Feb 0600-1700)

so my guess would be emergency with a passenger?

My family was on a Carnival cruise two years ago. Then this past year, different carnival ship, same waiter. He recognised us (or he is really good at faking it) and we said we'll see him next year.

Unless he "jumped ship" and is now on the Oasis, we won't be seeing him on our next cruise, lol
