We had a great time doing the Chef Tables on Silhouette and Allure. I just wasn’t sure if they’d offer it on a shorter itinerary. Thanks for all the replies!

Suggest you check with a MaitreD of one of the speciality restaurants or Guest Services upon boarding. If there is enough interest they will most likely have a Chefs table.
That's what I was thinking, too, if I didn't get any responses from anyone here. Thanks for your reply!

My hubby and I are on a 5 nighter in December, and we're wondering if the Chef's Table experience will be offered. If so, which night(s)? Thanks!!!

Great review! Quick question: Did you pack a corkscrew or was one provided in the stateroom? We’d love to enjoy some wine on our veranda!

What is that delicious looking drink? I usually go for a lava flow, but I could be talked into trying something new!

Is the unlimited plan per device/person or per stateroom?

We made our way upstairs to the galley of Murano. Much smaller compared to MDR.
Finally, we sat down to a delicious dinner in the wine room of Murano.
Wine pairings. They kept the wine flowing throughout dinner. Lots of refills!
We didn't take any photos of our food, but everything was delicious! One of the senior officers of marketing joined us as our host for dinner. Chef Shane prepared our meal and explained each dish as it was brought out. He sat down with us at the end of the meal and visited for a long time. Lots of great conversation! I don't think we walked out of Murano until after 10:30.
Overall, it was a wonderful, unique experience and definitely a highlight of our vacation!

My husband and I did the Chef's Table on Silhouette a few weeks ago. We had done one for the first time last year on Allure of the Seas and really enjoyed it. I tried to research leading up to our cruise, but there wasn't much info out there. We weren't 100% sure it was even available so as soon as we boarded we asked about it. We were told when it was and went ahead and reserved it!
We were on the Western Caribbean itinerary. Our Chef's Table was held on night 5 which was the day we were in Grand Cayman. The cost was $145 per person and included dinner, wine pairings, and a galley tour of the main dining room and Murano. We also got a giant cookbook and a photo of our group.
We first met in Cellar Masters. Upon arrival, we got a glass of champagne. We visited with another couple while waiting for others to join us. It turned out to be only three couples. The executive chef of the specialty restaurants joined us along with the matre'd of Murano. Before leaving for our galley tour, we were provided with a couple small bites. One was a piece of venison with lots of flavor. The other was a fancy little potato.
After our small bites, we got refills on our champaign and followed Chef Shane to the MDR.
We first stopped inside the giant wine tower.
Next, we made our way through the MDR galley on the 4th deck. Stops included the dessert station where everything is made from scratch.
The bakery (for the entire ship) where, again, everything is from scratch.
The line. Left is servers. Right is chefs. We were in there around 6:30, so early seating was in full swing. It was a crazy busy place!
The salad station is slightly cooler in temperature than the rest of the galley.
To be continued...

It's not real fancy, but my favorite (besides the Miami Vice or Lava Flow) is Malibu (coconut rum) and pineapple juice. Simple, tropical and refreshing! Sex on the Beach is also pretty good!

I'm interested, as well, after my husband and I had a wonderful experience with this on Allure OTS last year. We're sailing next month on Silhouette, but after scouring the boards for reviews and dailies the last few months, I haven't found a thing. The closest I found recently was some sort of sample/tasting dinner from all the specialty restaurants. I'm hoping they haven't done away with it and maybe it's just not advertised in the dailies.

I have the same question! We'll be on Allure in 2 months. Lots of afternoon options for the adult class, but only 5pm for the kids. We have 6pm dining reservations just about every night. It doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

We just booked on the Enchantment of the Seas in January. Been trying to look at the excursions for a week with no luck. We'll keep trying!
