So sorry everyone. I've been helping a couple of my kiddos who had surgery and when I was able to log on was amazed at all the responses. And I did find some helpful. Thank you! I guess my question should have been has anyone tried to leave Australia to get back to the U.S. by taking Space A (space available on military flights out of Australia that sometimes take passengers for military individuals, retired, military, etc.). I was wondering if anyone else was trying to also get back that way, but since it doesn't look very likely that will pan out this time was also wondering if anyone familiar with this had any other suggestions. (Just thought I'd take my chances.) :)

Has anyone tried to leave Australia Space A? I've noticed they have not been taking passengers the last few weeks. If you had planned on doing that but are not sure if that will work out do you have other options you are considering? We are just trying to get a Plan A, B, etc. Thank you!

We are traveling to Australia on the Golden Princess and arriving October 18. We have noticed Space A has not taken any passengers from Richmond AFB the last few weeks. Anyone else hoping to get out Space A around then and would like to know other options you may be considering. Thank you!
