Where on the ship do you go to upgrade or can you do it before boarding?  

My agent at HAL was able to tell me everything before we booked.  Since we book it for the upgrade, I don't want to book it unless I know.

How do you upgrade to Elite on the ship?  Is there a specific place, or do you ask the bartender directly?

We were on the AFT on deck 5 in September, and didn't feel any vibration.  We were sailing Alaska, not sure if that has anything to do with it.  But it was AWESOME.  Have the same cabin booked for 2025.

We reserved one for our upcoming cruise in the assumption it was adults only.  If this is not the case, I will be very disappointed.  I wonder if they would refund us if they allow kids now, and they were running around.  Fingers crossed this is not the case.

Oh no....we reserved one for the first time in March.  I have a confirmation email, but no one was cc'd on ours.  Now I'm panicking....

Guess I'll put this on my list on Monday to give them a call to confirm.....

Yep, trying to book a cruise and every time I get to the deposit...It tells me technical difficulties, try again later.

We are used to cruising out of Florida and have our favorites at all the ports, but Seattle is new to us.  We are flying in a day early in the AM and want to stay closer to the port and downtown to do a bit of sight seeing.  I have narrowed it down to two hotels The Mediterranean and Homewood Suites.  Anyone have any reason to stay at one over the other, or any feedback?

We just booked our first ever Holland America cruise and our first cruise to Alaska.  I know absolutely nothing about the port in Seattle or how to even figure out what hotel to stay in.  We would only be coming in the day before, so the closer to the port the better.  Does anyone have any suggestions?   Greatly appreciated!  

I haven't cruised since before Covid, and I know this question has been asked many times.  I tried doing a search, but...to no avail.  

What is the earliest you all think we could make it to the airport after getting into FLL?

We are on an upcoming cruise on the Equinox and I pulled up our cruise planner.   Under the Spa and Fitness tab, I was able to pretend I was booking an appointment and one of the manicure options is Gel Manicure.  Give that a try with your booking online.  You can probably book your appointment online.  I understand the nice looking nails, so good luck!

13 until cruise on Equinox....11 until we fly to Ft Lauderdale to get the vacation going!

Curious on this too.  I am looking at a "port" day, since the at Sea are very expensive.  What is included?

Oh how I LOVE the champagne bar!  We had a fabulous set of bartenders in their last October as well.  Hoping they may still be there in December.  

Question about 150 Central Park.  I would love to do the Filet for 2, however my husband prefers his meat extremely dead...and I prefer mine a little more on the mooing side.  Will they take his half back and cook it more?
