When we went to Alaska this August we prepurchased the soda package. Got on board and already loaded. No issues. We were surprised that we did not see desks set up

To sell the package. Strange.

We were just there with my parent 78yrs and 83 yrs. we took a bus to the glacier for around 20.00 each. They dropped us off close to the glacier and picked us up 1 1/2 hours later. It was perfect for them. Walked down Steep creek and saw bears and Salmon. Not enough time to do everything but just right for them.

I didn’t see any apple products on my Alaska cruise at the end of August. Wasn’t really looking though. Saw the normal photo sales for camera etc.

We just got off an Alaska cruise. Had Chocolate Journeys in the MDR. The IC had another choice of Journeys but different then in the MDR. Not as good. Saw it in Horizon Court but not the same either. Just once there.

We have done this cruise twice and really enjoyed it. The ports are fun and whale watching in Cabo was great. Lots of good food and no safety issues. Have fun!

As a nurse I would recommend calling the hospital in Juneau to see if they would be willing to do this for you. I believe the Dr on ship would have the know how but May not have everything needed on board. It would probably be much less expensive in Juneau.

We have done Whale Watching in Cabo a few times. We always just get on the pier and use one of the private companies there. Don’t take the first price. We have gone for 20.00 each for 3 hours.

We did Panama Canal from FLL to LA on Island Princess. We loved it! We had never sailed on Island Princess before so didn’t know about the remodel. We did miss the IC.

Have done this cruise on the Ruby and loved it. However, the Star does the same itinerary and would appreciate any opinions on which ship is the "nicest". Thanks everyone.

We did Mexican Riviera on the Ruby and loved it. Went on the Star for 2 cruises and it is great as well. Do the one with the dates and price you prefer.

We have traveled through Mexico. It is very common to pay to use the facilities. Even buy toilet paper from them.

We went in Cabo also. We did not book a tour. We walked on to one of the many boats that are available when you arrive on shore. Do NOT let them charge you what they ask at first. They are inexpensive but will take what you pay. We paid 25.00 a person and the couple that went with us paid 80.00 each.
