Today I received a return email from Celebrity. I asked what they were doing in regards to Ebola.

Hi Denise,

I know the scare for Ebola is pretty intense, and I just want to let you known what Celebrity is taking it's extreme precautions to ensure that it doesn't board our ships.

They are bringing in new protocols and screening at check in, as well as not allowing any guest who has traveled through the infested areas within the last 30 days to board any of our ships.

We have not hired anyone from these locations, and have screened all crew members who are from these areas that are onboard our ships.

I hope this puts your nerves at ease, and if you have any other questions, give us a call. We are here for you 24/7.

Yes I'm very concerned. Our next cruise is in 30 days, and flying US airways.. I don't want to jump the gun however we're taking a couple of precautions. Surgical masks for the plane and Clorox wipes to wipe down the luggage and cabin. I don't know if it will protect us but it will help with the anxiety. So sad :(

No. Not on Celebrity. If there is is would display the amount. You can order as much food anywhere on the ship. Including specialty dinning & main dining room. To be sure call customer relation
