  1. Some of the movies on our cruise on Pride started earlier, like 6:30 which was disappointing because it interfered with dinner time and we didn't get to watch them. We did not have any 11:30 showings. In fact, the ship was pretty dead by midnight each night.

  2. The back of the boat does vibrate A LOT. It drove us crazy when we were waiting for dinner and everyone noticed it. I was glad our room was not there. When walking through deck 1, we also noted that it was very noisy due to the night club.

Our group all had the French door rooms on level 4 and were pleased with them. There wasn't really a view but they were quiet and you could open the door for some fresh air or a temperature check. They were mid ship which was nice for getting around and did not feel much movement in them.

  3. Last week the director was Jase and the assistant was Sam. I didn't realize people really had opinions about this. We never interacted with him, only heard his voice on the "bing bong" announcements.

Sam hosted bingo and was corny and obnoxious but I think that goes with the territory.

  4. Our group of 8 did any time dining and rarely had to wait more than 20 minutes. They gave us a buzzer and we walked over to the bar which made the time fly by. There was one night where they had to split our group up into two nearby booths, but they delivered free desserts to our room the next morning with an apology note. None of us had even cared!

We were very happy with any time dining and would do it again.

  5. We were in cabin 4112 (obstructed French door) and our friends were in 4116. Both did not have a view of anything except the lifeboat. And yes, there were workmen who appeared outside our window on one of the sea days. So, only open the curtains if you're dressed! :)

That being said, we enjoyed the natural light and being able to open the door to check the weather. The room was a nice size.

  6. We just got off the Pride and did not find the comedians funny at all. :( We only saw 2 of the 4 comedians, but I did not laugh out loud at any of them. The "comedy club" is in this dark basement room covered in butterflies which was disappointing. The website makes it look like they've added a comedy club which they have not.

We went to the love and marriage game show and found that much more amusing.
