Sounds like a PayPal issue

Odd, I rec'd a phone call from a PVP too. He knew I was looking on line due to VIFP# and other personal info.  Have 18 Carnival cruises under my belt and only used a PVP last cruise because of a girls cruise and sharing cabins. My PVP was very nice, but a huge PITA to reach. Just booked a quick 5 day cruise on line. Easy Peasy!!

To me, Cheers is a convenience. I always bring a bottle of wine and/or champagne just because I can! 

The largest I’ve sailed is Conquest class, my favorite is the Spirit class, but I still love the Fantasy class. Always have a great cruise experience 

The Splendor

For the most part, we always use cash at the casino.  We have a gambling budget, and that helps us stay within our means. There are occasions when I'll buy chips on my S&S card. I hardly worry about the 3%, since it's far less than a minimum bet of blackjack. And since I'm gambling, I'm hoping to recoup that 3% quickly 😉

Just got off the Getaway. Probably one of the worst debarkation ever! If you're doing self assist, getting off the ship and thru customs, an earlier flight is possible.
Took 75 minutes to get off last week....next time, less luggage and self assist!!

Have utilized the Social Media Pkg on other cruise lines as means to stay in touch back home. Seems this may be fairly new to NCL.

There is a "vegetarian" option on the menu as well. Perhaps some days the selection will work well with the Keto. Just let that bread basket pass right on by!

Charleston is an easy port to get to for a quick cruise. Doing a girls cruise on the Ecstasy April '19. Sailed the Fantasy a few times when she was ported there. Love the smaller ships

I've seen some funny and interesting stuff while in the Muster Drill lines. Added "free" entertainment!

Just thankful we don't have to bring our life vests and have to return back to the cabin. Take your time...no rush...enjoy!

There is always a placard with the name of the drink and the cost on the servers tray when serving up the DoD

I sent an email a couple weeks ago requesting info on excursions/tours. Have yet to get a response. Will be there Oct 15th on the Fantasy.

Personally, I really like Milagro. Great for mixed drinks and still a good "shot" tequila

This review has helped me out immensely. I've recommended it to friends who will be arriving in SJ a few days earlier. Will definitely help them to get around.

We are looking to go on vacation on feb and need help. What ship would you take the Conquest 8 days (st Maarten, St Kitts, San Juan and Grand Turk) or the Splendor (Cozumel, Costa Maya, Mahogany Bat, Grand Cayman). It will be my husband, myself and 9 year old. We are not sit on the beach people and We have been to some of the ports before, but not all. Thanks

Conquest! I've sailed both ships and the Splendor was my least favorite. Although I love both itins, the Eastern has the nicer ports...IMO :D

All of my cruises have been fantastic, but I think my favorite was the Miracle back in Feb 2012. We sailed with a small group of past cruisers....Aruba was a blast!!

Was the ban on eCig confirmed? I didn't see John H. answer that question on the FB page. If eCig is banned for balconies as well - I guess it will be bye bye Carnival. Other lines ban smoking but allow eCigs on balconies so guess we will just go that direction - or look for alternative vacation ideas (all inclusive, river cruises, etc.)

 

It is what it is I guess - there are a lot of vacation options out there - so, not really going to worry about it. Will just find the best option for our needs. :D

Seriously....how will they know if you have an eCig? Those who vape knows there is no odor...so??

No, not a 2.0 ship. It's one of the smaller class ships

I've done 12 cruises with my husband and two with the girls. Doing the two without him gave me platinum status first :p
