If you are upgraded to a suite do you get all of the perks?

We got upgrade from a balcony BC to a mini suite. category MX. the PCC said all mini suites are on deck 11. but I see that there are mini suites on deck eight nine ten + 11.

are there any undesirable mini suites?

Are there places on board to charge a Kindle or a tablet while reading or playing games.

what about plugins to charge tablets or Kindles around the ship.
