Does anyone know if RCCL charges a cabin fare for infants?

Yes, they charge the same for everyone.

sure we had cabins 2340 and 2344

Sorry,didn't mean to be nasty, but people get a lot of wrong information based on what others want. If the signs in my room said no smoking I would go to the front desk and complain that I had a lazy room steward>

smoking is allowed on the pool deck and in the casino, as well as the piano bar (i think?)... it's not allowed in the cabins

Check the facts, you can smoke in your cabin, except on the SPA deck.
