Well the Greek Govt doesn't require it and nor does O embarking Rome or Barcelona a week or two later. maybe it's the water!

I have just received an email from O stating passengers boarding Marina on 1st Nov in Athens must have a negative test no older than 48 hours. Go figure 

I read on Seatrade-cruise.com that the Greek government has lifted the requirement of a covid test pre embarkation . I haven't been able to verify this but has anyone heard anything from O ? It would be a relief.

Is there a library on Westerdam these days?

We have booked  a guarantee OF cabin on deck 4 of the Pacific Princess, on the Iceland voyage in August. (All that was left!). Can anyone advise on the noise levels from the cabaret/bar one deck above

We haven't been on Maasdam but are booked to do so. We have been allocated #559 and wonder if anyone has travelled in this or nearby cabins . I would appreciate any comments. There is what looks like a passage going nowhere and it occurs to me that this might be the gangway ! Can anyone confirm this ? If so does it create problems ?

Hi. We did the voyage last year( HK to Athens) and enjoyed it in the same way as you have.

As you will be in Myanmar, which is a wonderful place, can I recommend Myanmar Shalom Travels. We had a 3 day tour around Myanmar and environs for about $250 each. There were 7 in our group and I would suggest you form a similar small group as there is so much to see and hear. Our guide was Thanda and she was exceptional - a good choice if available. Nothing was a trouble.

We are booked on the Rotterdam departing Venice in October. Does anyone know which of the ports it leaves from? this seems to be important in selecting a hotel prior to departure. Larger ships leave from the main area but I'm not sure where Rotterdam fits in the equation and HAL can't tell me.
