Bliss, Encore or Joy as each of those ships has an enclosed smoking area for the Casino. All the other mega ships really allow the smoke to permeate the entire Atrium area. 

Bliss. Observation lounge, district brew house and, most importantly for DW, an enclosed smoking section in the Casino allowing for an enjoyable atrium area. 

Considering a cruise on the Epic for Spring Break 2020.  Have been on both the Escape and Bliss. The smoke from the casino on the Escape really bothered DW as it really permeated the entire atrium area. Does the Epic have the same issue with poor ventilation?

Yes. We upgraded from a mini suite to Haven Courtyard Penthouse about 30 days before sailing.

For those of you who've sailed in both types of accommodations will you please speak to how the Penthouse Suite compares with the Sky Suite... I'm not asking about associated suite perks but rather, the stateroom/balcony itself. Is one better, worse, about the same?

Stayed in an H5 on the Escape and a Sky Suite on the Reflection. Sky Suite is a bit more spacious in general with a full couch as opposed to the chair in the H5. Bathrooms were about equal in size. Both very nice cabins.
