This has nothing to do with your question, but I went on this cruise 2yrs ago. We donate blood as often as possible, when we went to donate after the trip to Roatan we were told we had to wait 1yr after going to that island. FYI

If you go to New Orleans you should get on the St Charles Street car, you can get on it on Canal St. it goes past the beautiful homes on St Charles Ave, it is part of visiting N.O.

Some of the balconies have dividers that can be opened to make them connect, others cannot, ask before you book your rooms.

I would have taken a sweater. It was cold in most of the dining rooms and theaters and lounges.
Is the balcony really worth it?

You will have a great cruise to remember with the balcony. You will not have to get dress and go up on deck to see the day of light, all you have to do is go out on the balcony, at nite we go out to enjoy, in the morning we watch the sun come up then go back to bed and wait for room service to eat on the balcony. Love it, also the higher up you are the more of the port and island you can see.
