What is the best way to get from the Royal Naval Dockyard to the Crystal Caves? Suggestions?
-
Thank you CruiseFromAlabama! That was some help.. Thinking about shoes. If we walk from the dock, I guess we could wear flip flops on the skiis. We just won't bring much of anything. Thank you!

Are there lockers to keep your things while out jet skiing? Do you need water shoes? What should you bring with you?

What is the attire for men's dining in the MDR and specialty restaurants? Are pants and suit jackets required?

We are sailing from NYC to Port Canavaral, Great Stirrup Cay & Nassau. 7 days. Is there a Dress Up Night? What night of the cruise would it be? One day at sea, 3 days at ports, then 2 days at sea? Is there a Prime Rib in the MDR and does anyone know what night that would be? Thinking of booking one night in Cagney's and trying to decide which night. Anyone have a menus for the week?
Thank you everyone!

Can you tell me anything about the Vibe on the Gem?

Thank you for your reply. Very helpful!

Any adult pool on NCL Gem? Read something about Vibe?
I have been on Carnival and they have an adult pool off the back of the boat.
Thanks for your help!

How does the UBP work while the ship is in port? Thinking of The Breakaway to Bermuda. The ship docks for 3 days? Are you still able to take advantage of the UBP during those days?

We are Disembarking Carnival Splendor in NYC. We are a group of 2 Suites, 2 Balconies, 4 Interior rooms. We ALL have FTTF. Not looking to be the first ones off the ship, but would like to end our vacation without long lines. I have read that you could wait and do self-disembarkment. What time would be suggested for that? Should we hang out in our rooms? When do they stop serving breakfast in the dining rooms and Lido?

Thank you! That's my answer. I am gonna keep it!

Still torn! My understanding is that we should already have priority boarding with booking a suite. We are traveling in a group. 2 suite rooms, 2 balcony rooms, 2 interior rooms. We all booked the FTTF. If the 2 suite rooms cancel the FTTF, will we all receive the same priority boarding and room ready advantages? The 3 ports are docked and not tendered ports. San Juan, St Thomas and Grand Turk. What do you think?

Thank you for your reply. I was really looking for the names of different car service. I have used Golden Touch before. They have a Sprinter Van that holds up to 17. Can you suggest any other reputable companies?

Thank you for your reply. Decided to book direct. The excursion price was $199. It included transportation, green fees and 1/2 golf cart. I booked direct for $130. The club rental is an additional $70. The foursome will split the cab far. I tried to us the 110% Price Guarantee that Carnival is advertising. They declined because they were providing transportation and it was not an exact match to their offering. I do appreciate your feedback.

Any suggestions for the best way to get to the Manhattan Cruise Terminal from Queens, NY? We have 15 passengers. We can split into two groups of 8 and 7 passengers. We are going on Carnival Splendor. Thank you.....

I have booked a golf excursion at Mahogany Run through the cruise line. Cost is $199. This includes: transportation, green fees & golf cart. no clubs, no shoes, no food or drink. Should I book directly? pros? cons?

We upgraded from Balcony to an Suite. Do I still need FTTF? What are the other benefits to having a suite?
Transportation from Royal Naval Yard to Crystal Caves?

Thank you for your detailed reply.
If I take the NCL Ferry to St Georges and take a bus to the Caves, how much is the bus for (2) - me and my husband. How do I pay? Do I need a ticket? Where do I get one?
Would there be enough time to do this on the last day? We need to be back to the boat before 3:00.
Would it take less time to return to the ship heading back to St George's and take the NCL Ferry back or bus it down to Hamilton and take the ferry back from there?
