I have stayed in the Haven Spa Suite 3 times on the Epic. I will be staying in one this January on the Getaway. I like the fact that you get to use the thermal spa with the suite and that it is less expensive. We did not find it to busy. You will also find the same noise in the Haven with doors slamming and kids running around. So I guess you would just have to decide if you need to be right in the Haven?

I am confused with NCL. I have been on three cruises (all in the haven). Unlike Princess (that gives me a card tell me what level I have) NCL gives me nothing. Does anyone know why?

I have sailed with Princess 12 times on the Ruby, Star, Grand, Caribbean. We love a large balcony (like on the Caribe deck of those ships). Can anyone tell me if the new ships have balcony's that have the same size (without going up to a suite). Princess does not give suite people that good a deal.

I was looking at a picture of a BD cabin. This has the enclosed front (you can't see the ocean. Do they hav any that are the same size balcony's that have glass? so you can see the ocean whebn you are sitting?

What Princess ship where you on. Love a big balcony. We always booked Caribe deck on the Ruby, Star, Caribbean.

I booked the Haven Spa suite through Casino's at sea and I received all the Promos. So I am not sure why you would not get them?

We have only stayed in the SPA suite on the Epic. We love it. Very big balcony.

Loved using the thermal spa. I don't think you can go wrong. We could have stayed in the Haven area but we liked the Heaven spa suite. We will be in one on the Getaway next Jan. I usually love a bigger balcony but I will love this one just the same.

I am Canadian and have only been on three NCL cruises all on the EPIC in a Haven Spa Suite and they have never ask if I would like to upgrade to a better suite so they could sell mine.

I have to agree with you. I love to gamble when I cruise and I buy OBC to do just that. I am Canadian and I hate to have to explain why I am taking too much cash over the boarder. If I buy my OBC I should be able to spend it as I see fit. If they give me OBC then they can tell me how to spend it.

This time I booked with NCL in Cdn. I was told that if the dollar does better then they will just rebook it and I get to keep my proms. I went to a Cdn travel agent and it was the same price. So I will stay with my NCL agent.

I booked two weeks ago for a Jan 2017 cruise with NCL. I paid 1.40 Canadian. I then went to a Canadian travel agent who gave me the same price. My NCL agent said that when I pay on my account that if the dollar if doing better he will rebook the cruise at that rate and I would still get my proms.

Not sure that this helps but this is what it is.

BeachDreamer2022 - thanks for the pictures. Did you find that you had enough room in the cabin? The bed looks tight to the wall.

I have stayed in this suite on the EPIC. How is it on the Getaway? I know the balcony is not that deep. But can you enjoy it? How is the rest of the cabin eg shower tub and bed. Do you have enough room to have dinner in your room?

Are they all the same or is one room bigger than the others?

For those of you that have stayed in the SPA suite did you think that it was worth it or did you think that you should have gotten the 2 bedroom suite?

I have not sailed with Princess for several years. We have sailed on Grand, Golden, Star, Caribbean and Ruby many times. We have always had a room on Deck 10 Caribe deck. we love the bigger balcony.

We are thinking of trying Princess again. Can anyone tell me what deck or cabin type I would need to get to have a balcony about the same size as we are used to on the older ships?

I know that this has been asked before, but I can't seem to find the answer.

Does anyone have any suite numbers or pictures of the Haven aft suites that you think are great. My wife and I love a big balcony and we also love a big shower with the window overlooking the ocean.

What would be your choice of cabin numbers.

My wife is going through a bad time right know and I would love to be able to book a great cabin?
