Thanks everyone! We booked before we got onboard and boy are we glad we did. Prices really are more expensive. We had no problem with sharing the 3 device Voom over 3 cabins. I used the free regular internet that came with Diamond perk. It worked out just fine. Just buy ahead of time. You don’t want to have to worry about this onboard. Also, they say you can use the app with out internet but I never figured out how. Can’t imagine being there without internet.

Do you say, when ordering your beverages, that you wish to use a diamond coupon?
Yes, it’s super easy and most times they see you’re Diamond on your sea pass card and know what to do. I never had any trouble being charged incorrectly. This is such a fantastic benefit. It’s great to get a drink when ever you want one and not just between happy hours. This is the best perk in my opinion. We loved it. Even my daughter who doesn’t drink alcohol was able to enjoy a some mocktails and even specialty coffee. I never found a time that the drink was over the $13 value. It was great!

Perhaps give your devices a vacation........
Seriously? Some people have to stay in contact for various reasons. Don’t be rude.

I don’t know what what to do. The internet package is on sale. I don’t know what the regular price is if I wait. I believe there is a discount for Diamond Members of $25.99 off a package onboard. If the regular price is $24.99 per night then doesn’t it make sense to wait until you get onboard? I want to do a 2 device package.

I always carry a refillable water bottle. Do I need to empty it before getting on the ship on day one?

2 separate restaurants. Izumi is one (Sushi) and Hibachi is the other. While dining at Hibachi you can order for an upcharge items off the sushi menu.
Ok great so you make reservations at one or the other? Good to know, thanks.

My son wants to go to Izumi for good sushi vs. the Jade selection in the Windjammer. I’m confused about the restaurant. Is it Hibachi with an ala cart sushi menu? I don’t want to go to or pay for Hibachi. All that spatula flying around makes me uncomfortable. My son just wants some good sushi. I’m thinking lunch would be a good option. Anyone have any information? Thanks

Awesome! Thanks

We’re thinking about dining at Chops for lunch on day of arrival. I know what normal dress code is but is it more relaxed on day of arrival? Can you wear shorts? It’s always a hot mess schlepping around the luggage ect. on arrival day. Also where can we put our bags while we dine? Thanks

I have 3 cabins. The app so far has seemed difficult to navigate. On day of check-in can I select the check-in button on bottom of app and be able to check all 3 cabins in? Also can this be done as early as midnight to get early boarding time? Thanks

Hi,
I haven't been on here for years so I'm a little rusty looking up information on here. I want to plan a September 2022 cruise to Hawaii. When should I expect to be able to book it? Is it 12 mo, 18 mo? I see you can book Sept. 2021 right now but don't know when it became available. I just don't want to miss out. I have specific cabins I want and want to be prepared.
Thanks, Karyn

We were onboard Oasis for a western itinerary this past July. On Day 3, we went to a “Michael Jackson Tribute with Resident DJ Frantz” in Blaze from 10:00 pm - 11:00 pm.
So just music? Not a performance? Bummer.
-
Does anyone know if there is a Michaels Jackson tribute show on the Oasis?
-
Does anyone have the package prices for BINGO? We’re going on the Oasis and would like to decide which package ahead of time. Thanks

Last cruise we were on we were surprised by never being given a receipt to sign for the diamond and up happy hour. Was this a fluke? Not once did we sign all 7 days.

:D
You might not get into the dining room with those nylon shorts. At least get him some tailored Bermuda shorts or prepare to dine in the Windjammer. You don’t have to prepare to dine in Windjammer. I spoke to head waiter about shorts and they said they won’t stop someone from wearing shorts like they used to. I saw everything except swimwear in the dining room. Even jeans on formal night. They were nice jeans. So enjoy!

Did you book through RCCL? If so, it would seem odd you’d have to go through the CC imprint. We did an ATV through cruise line in Cozmel and didn’t do that. Wasn’t even told to bring a CC. Just curious since we are looking to do this one in October.

I stopped and asked our head waiter one night about the dress code. I saw a guest at the table next to me wearing shorts. The head waiter told me they are no longer allowed to prevent people wearing shorts or jeans in the dining room. Don’t get me wrong, I am all for someone wearing shorts in the dining room as long as they aren’t dirty or torn. I got spoiled on the last Disney sailing we did because shorts are the norm there. It was so much easier to pack and a lot more comfortable. Disney is superior in service and quality and proves that shorts in the dining room doesn’t lessen the experience. I don’t think RCCL has reached that level yet but it’s good to know if someone were to wear a nice pair of shorts it wouldn’t be out of place.

I don’t know what we should tip for this type of tour.

If have forgotten, is it 2 weeks prior?:)

Thank you. I couldn,’t think of anything else at the time. lol.;p Our ultimate dream cruise is a motorcycle cruise but we can’t seem to plan far enough ahead. They sell out too quick.
Help! Internet price onboard. I can’t decide if I should buy now or wait.
