We’ve had that convo. She’s a Diet Coke girl through and through. She’s OKAY with Zero, but wants that dietI’m a Diet Coke gal also. Don’t think I’ve ever been able to get actual Diet Come in Europe, it’s always been Coke Light. Close to Diet coke but not quite. And not Coke Zero. Don’t care for that. But I don’t if know if being on a ship is different from what Coke is served on land.

Glad you made your connection and that your luggage arrived! My experience through CDG in November was different. Although my TA kept insisting an hour and 20 minutes was enough for my connection at CDG, it wasn’t. Walk through terminal E, walk through terminal F, go through security, go through passport control (all long lines), get on a bus to terminal G, get to our gate—we missed it. CDG is chaos. We were supposed to arrive in Porto, Portugal at 10:30 am. By the time another connection was added at Lisbon, we arrived at 7:30 that evening. Without our luggage. Fortunately we had our carryons.

Aw, that is so cute! I had to sing along as I read it.

Thanks for sharing your trip. I’ve enjoyed reading about it. The cartoon is hilarious.

I just found your trip report and am enjoying it. I got a giggle out of you having a conversation with your waiter while not realizing who he was. I wouldn’t have known him either had I been in your place.
Hugs from your sister

I couldn’t figure out how to paste the paragraph I wanted, so now it looks as though I’m quoting you saying nothing. I am now wondering what the correct way to hold a wine glass is. I thought you would show a picture, but no. I hate to go out in the world showing my ignorance at how to hold a wine glass. Also, I think it would be awesome if the Cetto folks had a wine bottle with a purple label and skull like the big wine bottle you posed by.

Thank you for this wonderful review and beautiful photos. I doubt I will ever be able to take such a trip and cruise, so your journey lets me vacation vicariously. I know this took a lot of your time, and I’m very appreciative.

Thank you for this wonderful review. For many reasons I will never make it to Iceland, so I’m enjoying seeing it through your eyes.

I’m new to your reviews (just finished reading about Alaska with your dad) and really enjoy your comments. I’m your dad’s age and feel for you both regarding his dementia.

Glad you are starting your Alaska report. I never find your reviews either slow or boring. But I’m older than you, so maybe I need to read slow.
