Hey. I am thinking of booking the 11 day Disney Magic cruise departing on June 29 2015 from Copenhagen. Balconies are sold out. I have cruised two times before with NCL, both in balconies. Do you think that it is a good idea for someone who has sailed only in a balcony to book the Deluxe Oceanview Cabin on Disney Magic? The itenary is fantastic. Besides, even if balconies were available, I don't know if I would book one as I can barely afford an Outside stateroom. ($5525 per person). We will be two people.

OK, I know there is no comparison between the two cruise lines but is an outside cabin with a window on Disney worth three times the price of a balcony cabin on Costa Pacifica for the same number of days and itenary? Never been on neither Costa or Disney. I 've only been on the NCL Jade and Star.
Thanks.

I was looking a cruise in Greece and Turkey with Royal Caribban and I discovered that the price for the child is more than the price for the adult. ($899 per adult and $999 per child for a balcony:confused:). How is this possible? It is cheaper to get 2 cabins instead for one.:confused::confused::confused::confused:

In my opinion, DEFINITELY yes. I wouldn't cruise without it. It is worth it as long as it is not more than twice the price of the ocean view cabin.

Thanks for your reply mistertoaster! I would love to book a Yacht Club suite but unfortunately they are all sold out for that cruise.:(:(:( I think I'm going to wait a little, just in case a cancellation occurs.

Hello! I am between booking the 11 day cruise of Costa Pacifica to the Norwegian Fjords departing on the 16th of August 2015 and booking the 11 day cruise of Msc Splendida to the Norwegian Fjords departing on the 12th of August 2015. The itenary is very similar. I was wondering which is the best ship of the two. I would prefer to go with Costa as they are owned by Carnival and therefor they may offer a more American experience but the Msc Splendida seems a bigger and nicer ship. Prices are identical. How do these two ships compare in terms of public ares, food, service, entertainment, etc? I would prefer if they offered open seating dining and I know Costa does not. I will either book a Suite on Costa or an Aurea Suite on Msc. We are a group consisting of two people. I have sailed with NCL twice before, once on the Norwegian Jade and once on the Norwegian Star. How does Costa and Msc compare to NCL?
Thank you!!!

Thanks! I am 69 and I will be going with my 14 year old grandson. He is active and will want to explore the ship and activities but I prefere to sit back and read my book, so a balcony is a nice thing for me. I'll think about it. Maybe I will book a balcony for the sailing in July 2016.
