The 72 hours needed for the arrive CAN  our ship leaves Wed Aug 2022 . we are arring in Vancouver Sun before our sail date . do I have to do the arriveCAN before we get to Vancouver or  72 hours before we sail on Wed  ?? Thanks 

Hello my wife and I are leaving on an Alaska cruise in mid Aug 2022 . We are staying at the Blue Horizon hotel  and arriving 3 days before our departure and will need to have a covid test . Does anyone know of a lab or testing facility near the port at Canada Place or the Blue Horizon hotel ? Thank you .

we have stayed at the Fairfield inn and suites which is next to the Homewood suites . they share the parking lot . Left our car there for 17 day cruise and it was great . Nice area . We are going back to the fairfield inn and suite in March . Enjoy 

Is there a room service charge for coffee that is delivered in the morning .?? And what is the continental breakfast ??? Are there refrigerators in all the balcony rooms . ?? We always ask for a bucket of ice just in case .

being new to Holland American is it possible to get unopened beer to keep in the refrigerator in the cabin to drink at night on the balcony. we usually tip good and have not had any problem on other cruise lines . Do the refrigerators keep items cold . ? thank you .

whoever said that libraries were there to make money . It is a place to relax and have some quiet time . And if the library is not making money it looks like everyone is turning their books back on time NO LATE FEES .

We will be on the Westerdam in April sailing to Hawaii and was wondering if there would be taxis and or tour guides at the different port to take you around the island like they do in the Caribbean . ?? Thanks in advance

I believe the deck chair problem can be resolved by removing ALL deck chairs and everyone can just spread their towels on the deck and enjoy the fun under the sun . Because the towels are smaller this will allow twice as many people in the same space . This will be implemented as soon as I become the CD .
