thank you for attaching this - I’ve sent that across to the VP as well, she usually gets back in touch within 24 hours so I’ll let you know her stance on things 🙂  

I’ve just contacted the UK VP re this as we’ve got an upcoming cruise (leaving Sunday) that has stops in Gibraltar, Granada and Seville.. it’ll be interesting to see what she says 🙂

Accepted today - Received V1 Club Veranda 

From some of the ladies we spent time with it was only on the final full day they received some on board credit to use but they had to push for that daily to be sorted out. 

We were on this cruise.

Originally had restricted ocean view deck 6 but when arrived at port on check in we were advised of being upgraded to full ocean view on deck 4 but no explanation given.

Speaking with guests onboard no one was notified of the works going on until they boarded.

I know a lot of people were not happy with the lack of communication and distribution caused who were not moved from deck 6.
