Real vanilla is seldom produced in Mexico and the islands. It is almost always imitation despite the label. It also often contains chemicals not allowed in the US. Real vanilla is close to the same price worldwide,very expensive.

Traveled most of the world with the 7 day containers and have never been asked about the meds. I also carry 3 injectable meds. Spent 8 years in and out of Saudi Arabia 3x per year with no questions. Anything can be put into any pill container, so original container proves nothing.

I have never seen anyone check on who attends Mariners lunch. As others said nothing very special unless you collect the tiles. We leave the tiles on the table. Did get a free beer there once.

TSA has no interest in your pill container, they say so right on their web site. A customs agent may have some interest but has no way of knowing what is in any pill container. The info on the original container only tells what originally came in it, not what is in there now. People often make up stories about how their great aunts pills were all mixed up by TSA, never true. The last story on CC was how TSA did this to her mother in London traveling to Ireland, yea TSA in the UK, really!

Does TSA have any actual authority when it comes to the meds you carry or is it only Customs agents and police ? Do they have legal authority to take your meds? Hopefully some one on this board has actual information.

Glass shops all around the city. When I lived nearby, local shops had better prices than on Murano..itself. Murano salesman got higher commissions than other Venice shops.
