When I called NCL - they suggested NOT to book a flight with 4 hours of arriving in Barcelona.  If you have a 11:30 am flight - I would do self disembarkation and take a cab to the airport asap.  You should be fine - but you will need to get off the ship as early as possible.  Depending where you are flying to customs at airport could be an issue of long lines.

There is a couple ways to get there. One is Taxi - $10 each way. The other is taking the $2 Safari Bus. Check TripAdvisor - St. Thomas Public Transportation
