I thought FOS had a great selection and a really slick system at the "On Air" venue. It was scheduled kinda late but no later than Karoake bars at home. :)

My wife and I did karaoke on the FOS during our Oct 19th cruise. We both had a blast. There were many regulars and by the end of the cruise we a great sense of comradery. Of the two locations, we definitely like On Air the best.

Just back from cruising on Freedom (Oct 19th) and our time in line to board was easily an hour. Everyone in line was saying this was an unusually long wait. When we finally got up to the desk to get our sea passes we each had to fill out a health form asking about fever and recent travel. This was our first cruise so we assumed this form was new and was slowing everything down.

We have a mid afternoon flight. What's the latest we can leave Freedom? Would 10 AM be too late? What time do we need to be out of the cabin - 8 AM?

When you are using Royal's website to display pricing for a cruise, you can click on "SEE ALL DEPARTURE DATES", and it will show you a list with prices for all departure dates for that particular itinerary. Many times I know a general time we would like to cruise, and I use this feature to pick the least expensive date for that itinerary.

My wife and I are going on our first cruise in October on Freedom of the Seas. Paid $84 pp/pd for an inside cabin. Would have loved to paid $100 pp/pd for a balcony but didn't know I could get them so cheap. Do you guys just scour the RC website or is there another good website for finding these deals?
