  1. We always book Limelight Club and always enjoy the meal/entertainment even when we haven't heard of the act! Our next cruise only has Mary Mac, and in future cruise's we have La Voix. I'd love to see them both, but a member of our party is reluctant to book as hates the fact that these type of acts/comedians etc often single out audience members. He will not enjoy the show as will be in a state of anxiety!! Anyone seen these acts and can assure me they dont single anyone out for jokes/ridicule etc?

    thanks

  2. Hi - can anyone who has been on Iona recently, or perhaps currently on board, let me know the timings for the key entertainments - Headliners shows, Atrium acts 9if they still do them), Brodies, aerial show etc? Just trying to plan restaurant timings etc

    Many thanks

I assume that you have not booked select fare?

I if you have and declined parking, you can change your mind later. We did for a cruise in May as CPS keep places back for complimentary booking as you say

I booked select fare and opted for OBC, I didnt know you could change. I'll get on to my TA now to enquire - thank very much

  4. The Azura captain has apparently just announced that due to Maltese tax laws 18% will be added to the cost of all alcohol and tobacco sold on board. So the drink/tobacco onboard shop will be closing for the duration of the summer. And everyone's bar bill will be higher! Anyone know if this is correct?

    thanks

  5. Hi All, I'm booked for a cruise early April flying BHX to Malta to join Azura. I haven't had any flight details yet and have queried with P&O who, in their usual unhelpful style, have said they cant provide details as its up to the aircraft carrier. Seems really short notice - anyone else ever head flights confirmed this late? It's less than 70 days. As they've recently cancelled some of Arvia's Caribbean cruise due to lack of flights I'm getting a bit concerned.

  6. There isnt anywhere online to check your OBC. And its hit and miss whether they send a new confirmation out to you . If you booked via a travel agent they would find it easier to arrange an updated confirmation invoice. If not as soon as you get on board download the My Holiday 'app' and it does show on there.

  7. It was open on our two week cruise 25th Sept. And it was so fab we went three times!! menu is same as it used to be with lava rocks etc, highly recommend the hanging skewer too. I think the cover charge was £7.50 pp with some items a little extra supplement. The app often showed tables for 2 as fully booked, but op up there and speak the the manager as he will get you a table - the table allocation isnt set up correctly on the app IMO.

Oh and the key lime sundae.........................YUM!!

  8. Hi - I'm on Britannia 25th Sept and when checking terminal see that she is due to depart 11.30 and arrive back an hour 12.30 on that day? Look strange? is it just a scheduling mistake? Any ideas? My boarding time is 12!

  9. I find the message facility on the Natwest app to be really good - they gave me the number 0800 0327142 or 0141 3490283 to enquire about the travel policy. i rang and within an hour had been emailed a letter specifically addressing cover for cruises etc. I was on Iona's maiden and wasnt asked for this, but understand that this is being spot checked.

  10. thanks for your replies. Sorry I may have confused with my question. I'm aware formal is now celebration (black tie) but has the Black and White night been dropped (the formal night wear guests are invited to wear Black and white formal/black tie attire)?

    Thanks
