The op nailed it. Financially it makes no sense. Fun wise, totally worth it. The experience with the sommelier at dinner was incredible. 
 

Having San Pelliegrino at every meal. Fun

fresh squeezed juice in the morning. Fun

Cappuccino. Fun

Macallan everywhere. Super fun

of course you can drink yourselves into the package, but I don’t think that’s the point. You get it for the experience.

Correct. Earlier I posted that we got a bottle at Bayamo. My wife reminded me that we did not, we were drinking it by the glass.

I was on the escape November 13-20. 4 of us in reg balcony room. They let 2 of us upgrade, we purchased first day on ship.

They let me order 4 coffee (drinks) and just swipe my card. Every morning.

We got a bottle with dinner at Bayamo, I'm sure it was served at other restaurants, but we prefer red wine. Never tried to walk up and order from a bar, but I bet if I asked, someone would have made it happen. Everyone went out of their way to get us anything we asked for.
