  1. we're new to Celebrity, looking at the Equinox in November, but the only dining option is 8:30 pm, there is a waiting list for anytime and 6:00pm.  We were told just go talk to the Maitre Dee and he can adjust our time to be able to eat earlier - "they do it all the time".  Anyone know if this is true? 8:30 pm is a deal breaker for us unfortunately

  2. I couldn't agree more with everything you said, CruisinHarvey.

It was our second HAL cruise, and we cruise with friends who have been on several HAL cruises so we were very aware that they cater to that demographic, we were just very taken by surprise that this time around it really was more of a average age of 80+ and a incredibly large amount of scooters, wheelchairs and walkers. We too go mainly to relax, so that we did!!!

  3. That's a question that gets asked a lot. The adhesive on the nail wraps is pressure and heat sensitive, so it actually creates a waterproof seal if they are applied correctly. :)

    Thanks the response!!!

I applied them for the first time last Sunday, and they lasted until Thursday, which I thought was great considering it was my first application. I'm sure with each application you get better at applying them, thus getting better placement and a better seal!

  4. Nail polish doesn't hold up well on my hands, although it does for my toes. I used to be very set on having them match, and I still like the look a lot. However, if I get a gel manicure, I will use regular polish on my toes so I've gotten accustomed to them not matching.

I think it is nice either way - but I do like them to go together a bit. Right now, I'm experimenting with Jamberry wraps, and they have some very fun prints. I wouldn't wear them on my fingernails, but I think it might be fun for the toes! So I will try and coordinate them a bit.

How are you liking the Jamberry wraps?!! I tried them for the first time this weekend. I used the French Tips. I liked them except they didn't all fit as well as I'd like, but overall I thought they were easy to apply. I'm anxious to see how long they last.....that will determine if I use them for my upcoming cruise. Also, I'm wondering how they will hold up when going swimming every day......

  5. My suggestion for "Dummies":
