  1. It depends on how much time you have.

I've arranged a private transfer through Viator.com and I've also gone via coach with National Express Coaches. The later was the cheapest option and I got a cheap fare online of £5 each. The coach takes about 2hrs.

Then it's just a short taxi to the cruise terminal.

  2. I've never used it as it seems to be quite expensive. However it's a service whereby you pay per garment. Sorry I can't give you costs. It's not a self service laundry.

On our last Celebrity cruise they did have an offer towards the end of the cruise the option to fill a bag of laundry for an amount per bag which appeared a better option if you were clever in filling the bag!!

  3. Hi, I'm hoping someone can assist.

I am flying from Sydney to Auckland before doing a Celebrity Solstice cruise from NZ to Sydney next year. I plan to buy duty free alcohol at the airport either when leaving Sydney or on arrival in Auckland. I do not want to consume the alcohol onboard the cruise but want to take it home as gifts.

Can I take the duty free onboard the cruise? Is there a limit of alcohol I can take on the cruise or is it the same limit that was allowed to be purchased at Auckland. or would I be better off buying on the cruise?
